How long does shipment takes?

Many of our products are shipped from the USA, which means they will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days. If you order an item which is shipped outside of the USA on average, it can take us about 3-5 days to process it. This is not always the case, though. It can vary depending on whether or not an order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, as well as whether or not we are experiencing high order volume. After this, shipping can take anywhere up to about 1-3 weeks. We have eliminated the middleman to offer you the absolute cheapest pricing, so we work closely with manufacturers in Europe, the United States, and Asia. We cannot guarantee shipping time frames, but the majority of the time you will receive your item sooner than expected. Sometimes, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. For these types of orders, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number for each product. If you are purchasing from Canada, please allow a few extra days to receive your order(s).

How are your items sized?
Because some of our products are imported, there may be slight variations between U.S. standard sizing and the sizing standard used abroad. For your convenience, sizing charts have been created and provided for each individual product. Be sure to check the "Description" tab on the individual product page for sizing information regarding the product. When a sizing chart is included, please base your order off that sizing chart. Otherwise, all products should be scaled to U.S. standard sizing. Thank you!
 
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, fulfilled, and shipped, you will receive an additional email containing a tracking number specific to your order. Again, if multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a unique tracking number for each individual shipment. After you have received a tracking number(s), you may track your shipment using our tracking page. If you are concerned that your package is not coming, do not worry! Your items are on their way.

Is my personal and payment information secure?
Absolutely! Our online retail store has been built using third-party software called Shopify. All payments are processed securely through Shopify and PayPal. Both of these companies have been built with state of the art technology to keep your information safe. Your comfort and security are top priority at TrendyThredz/SweetTeens. You may shop safely on our website knowing your information is fully protected.

Returns
Any returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving your product in the mail. After the 7 day period, returns will not be granted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive store credit for the amount of the refunded product(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
