As of August 19, 2021 We will not be able to accept returns or offer exchanges due to COVID for in store purchases. The return policy below is not in effect until further notice.
Customers who purchase online will have the option to return for virtual credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your items (policy as stated below).

Any returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving your product in the mail or in store. After the 7 day period, returns will not be granted. Shoes must be returned in their original box and show no sign of wear. We have the right to refuse an exchange/return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage or washed. We do not give refunds.
We CANNOT accept returns for bath or beauty products, undergarments (bras, bralettes), swimwear, jewelry, food items, face coverings, bodysuits, leggings, and candles.
All items on sale or clearance are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. You will not receive a refund for the item. You may exchange the item for another item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
